Mohammad Zakir Hossain undertakes the responsibility of Managing the Quality and compliance of Doreen Developments Ltd (DDL) projects and also acts as the head of Construction for DDL since June 2022.

With over 25 years of experience, he started his career with Surface Water Modelling Centre (SWMC), presently the Institute of Water Modelling (IWM), a renowned institute of Modern GPS/RTK Survey. He worked as a local consultant on behalf of Danish International Development Assistance (Danida) in different Infrastructure Projects for Local Government Engineering Department upto June 2012. He then joined Spacezero Ltd, a sister concern of Volumezero Ltd, as Deputy General Manager of Quality Assurance and Compliance. He shifted himself from the infrastructure sector to the real estate consultancy and development sector. During that time, he was involved as the local coordinator of the LEED consultancy team to gain the first LEED Gold-certified office building named Simpletree Anarkali.

He is a Civil Engineer, who graduated from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 1997 and subsequently earned his Master’s in Business Administration in Finance and Banking in 2009 from South East University.
