MD. MEHEDI HASAN handles the internal and external financial functions of the company. As the Head of Finance of Doreen Real Estate division, since July 2022, he has played a vital role in the company’s strategic initiatives by understanding and analysing the company’s financial strength and potential.

He is an accomplished finance professional with over 20 years of experience and a diverse background, working for renowned organisations like PEAL-Capital Group, Anwar Group of Industries, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), and New Vision Group (NVG). His extensive expertise lies in Budgetary control, Audit plans, Taxation & Corporate Affairs and Financial analysis.

He holds a first-class in Master of Business Studies (MBS) from Jagannath University (JU), Dhaka and a B. Com Honors in Accounting from the same institute. Mehedi has also completed CA Articleship under Mr A B M Azizuddin, FCA, Partner ACNABIN, Chartered Accountants, and an Independent member of Baker Tilly International, UK.
