A.S.M. SHAKHAWAT HOSSAIN is a seasoned Sales leader and is the Chief Sales Officer for DDL since January 2022.

With around 22 years in the real estate industry, he has held senior sales positions with leading real estate organisations such as Asset Developments & Holdings Ltd, BTI, Concord Real Estate Ltd, Navana Real Estate Ltd, Rupayan Housing Estate Ltd and South Breeze Housing Ltd, making him one of the most valuable members of the DDL team.

His expertise lies in sales & marketing, branding, customer service, credit realisation and after-sales services in the real estate sector. His focus is always aimed at generating revenue while implementing the best practices in the real estate sector.

He holds an MBA in Marketing from South East University; MA in English from Jagannath University, Dhaka; LLB from National University, Gazipur; and he is also a member of the Bangladesh Bar Council & Dhaka Bar Association.
